Breakfast at Jade's

We celebrated Jade's 8th B-day with a fun "come as you are" party. We served a stack of pancakes (thanks Nate!) decorated with whipped cream as a birthday cake, fresh fruit, egg & bacon casserole, and juice. We had a pajama fashion show, decorated book marks, and made shrinky dink charm bracelets. It was tons of fun!

What a cute idea! I'm going to have to use it someday because it looks easy and fun!

Ella had so much fun. I love the pictures of the "cake!" Thanks again for watching my kids today. That helped a ton and hopefully my sister in law will be better soon.

That's a way fun idea!

I also like the sister's weekend pics. I'm getting together with my sisters and mom for our first annual getaway in a couple of weeks.

Ali had lots of fun too, she and Jade were so funny at our house later that day when the clock turned 3:05 and she was officially 8 years old. We all hooped and hollerd and ran around the house. Sure glad they are good little buddies. What a blessing to have great friends near by.

That has got to be one of the cutest ideas I've ever heard of! A pj fashion show? And did Nate make those super-sized pancakes? I love how tall the stack was. What a fun day. Happy Birthday, Jade!
